4. It should bear the signature (dated) of the person issuing it at the bottom right corner.

5. If the notice is signed by a student, it should be countersigned by the headmaster or another authority.

6. The present and the future tense and the passive should be used here.

7. It must be brief and written in simple language.

8. A notice must be boxed up.
