Excursion In Kolkatta Museum

As, I am a head girl of the school teachers have given me the responsibility to inform the students of class IX, XI about the excursion in Kolkatta Museum. It is to be held on 28th of May and the students must inform their parents about the event. And the rest information about your uniforms, food,...etc would be provided by your teachers.
So, those who are interested have to fill up the forms according to the instructions given by the class teachers of the respective classes.
Make sure that your parents permit and sign on the forms.
