SPORTS DAY

28 December, 20xx.

The students and staff are hereby noticed

that the annual sports meet will be going to be held on 15 January, 20xx in the school playground. Programs based on aerobics, physical drills and folk dances will be held. All students who are interested in taking part in various events for the sports meet are requested to send their names to the

respective teachers by the end of this month.

Students also interested in doing volunteer duty during racing competitions to give their names to the undersigned by 5 January, 20xx.
