Notice on inter house Cricket match

 memorable event took place in our school play ground on July 13, 2013. Our School conducted its Inter-house Cricket Match. The houses which took part were Neem, Tulsi, Peepal and Gulmohar. Most of the students arrived school at 8.00 A.M and began to practise for their respective house with much vigour. 

Mrs. Kala Doraisamy, Principal selected the initial qualifiers by the lot. Mr. Prashanth Krishna, CEO, C.P Ramaswami Aiyar Foundation tossed the coin and the batting and the bowling teams were selected respectively. There were two qualifiers and a final. The first qualifier took place between Peepal and Gulmohar. It was a stunning victory for Peepal as the game went down to the wire. The second qualifier was between Neem and Tulsi. Neem won the toss and opted to bowl first. Tulsi lost 4 wickets quickly, but managed to play with enthusiasm. Their bowling part was appreciable. Neem finally lost the qualifying match.  The final was between Peepal and Tulsi. Tulsi opted to bat by winning the toss. Tulsi’s batsmen were at their best as they constrained Peepal’s batsmen.

Ultimately Tulsi house won the Cricket tournament
