start the notice by hereby people are informed
and write the place,time,match between the two team and their information and then the requirements if someone wants to register for the team and then place the date of selection and finally write your name and who you are actually(like a club member or etc)below your name.Thus you can write it and first if all write NOTICE word in the middle of a page.Hope it will help you...
