Dear Parents,

FIPSPO – 2013, Annual Day will be held on Saturday, 7th of December 2013 and Sunday, 8th of December 2013 .

Parents of Participating children from classes I to V are cordially invited to attend the function on Sunday, 8th of December 2013  and Parents of Participating children from classes VI to XII are cordially invited to attend the function on Saturday , 7th of December 2013 ; An Invitation card is also being sent along with this circular. Your presence will boost up the morale of the children.

Parents are requested to take note of the following:

 

v   Participating Children from classes I to XII shall come to School on both the aforementioned days i.e. Saturday, 7th of December 2013 and Sunday, 8th of December 2013 .

v   The buses in the morning of 7th & 8th December 2013 will ply their usual route and on usual time.

v   All the students coming on their own must report to school by 9.00 a.m. sharp.

v   There will be no transport for return journey on –

7th December 2013 for classes – VI to XII

8th December 2013 for classes – I to V

v   Transport will start at 1.30 p.m. from school for return journey. Collect your ward at the respective bus stoppage accordingly.

v   Students taking part in the cultural events are directed to come to the school wearing their cultural event costume from home itself.

v   Rest of the students must come to school in House uniform.

v   Students should carry their lunch boxes only.

v   Parents will not be allowed to take their wards in between the programme. They can collect their wards from the teachers after the event.

v   The school will remain closed on Monday, 9th of December 2013.

v   Parents are requested to take their seats on time.

it is to inform the students of class 6 to 12 that annual day is going to held soon in our. students are requested to kindly give their names to their class teacher with the event they want to participate till 22/12/2017.
the events which are going to be performe are :-
1.dance
2. songs
3. speech
4.drama in English hindi and Sanskrit
