Volunteers for traffic control near school
This is to inform the volunteers which were selected some days ago about the increasing traffic near school.
The traffic makes the students as well as the other people suffer a lot and get late to reach their destinations. So, to avoid this in future, the volunteers are requested to handle the traffic during the arrival as well as dispersal of the students.
The arrival time of the students is 7:30 am. So, the volunteers need to be there at 7:15 am. Dispersal takes place at 12:30 pm. Volunteers should be present there are 12:15 pm.
I hope the volunteers will give their best and complete their duty.
