Notice writing on inter-class flower arrangement competition

I am proud to announce that our school is organising inter-class flower
arrangement competition on the eve of Independence day.
It would be held in the open space near our front gate. Interested students
are requested to submit their applications before 30th July.
All the students are requested to participate in this competition.
Kindly note that the flower arrangement must be yours.
Those bringing ready made arrangements would be disqualified.
This is to inform all students that inter-class flower arrangement will be held in the school auditorium on 23rd May 2018, between 10 am to 2 pm.
Those who want to participate in the competition should enroll their name with Madam Gonzalvez latest by 20th May. 2018.
No names will be entertained after that.
