Charity Camp for School Children

All the students are hereby informed that a Charity Camp for the children of the slums will be organized on 1st May, 20xx in our school campus. Old and discarded books and sports items will be distributed to the children of the slum areas. Those who wish to donate the items can bring the items before 30th April and submit them to the PT instructor Mr. Sahay. It is a humble request to urge all the students to take part in this noble cause.
