                               This is hereby to inform all the residency members that there  will be an emergency meeting which will be held on 15/4/2020 in the cellar of the building.It will be held during 9:30 to 10:30.This emergency meeting is regarding the theft which was done on 12/4/2020.This theft was done by a gang of 4 members.So as the head of the building I will tell all of you what precaution have to be taken regarding the incident.So I kindly request you all to attend this meeting which will be very useful for us and for the children too.So please attend the meeting.
