The Incidents in the story which I liked 
1-Once Helen and Martha decided to cut each others hair. In the meanwhile as Helen only cut out a strip of Martha's hair , Martha would have cut a lot of Helen's if it weren't Helen's mother who intervened .

2-Is when Miss Anne Sullivan runs Helen's hands through a cold stream of water and spells it on the other .
