Now a days , children are affected by poor sight at early age . What is causing this. What are the steps to prevent this situation

Nowadays children have poor eyesight because of the excessive use of phone tabs and pcs ot has made the phone a new toy for even little kids they are given a phone instead of a toy.we should make less use of technological advancements and try outdoor games for a change

at this teen age only we suffer from weak eyesight problem because of following reasons..
1. Using of mobile everytime.
2. Use of computer.
3. When we play after that we don't wash our face properly due to it infections are caused it effeects eyesight.
