I suggest going through the entire NCERT thoroughly.
Explanation:
When I was going to give my boards last year I was extremely nervous about what type of questions we might be getting. I ended up doing more extra questions than the NCERT questions and I had to pay the price by losing marks. Due to more attention which I gave towards extra questions/sample papers my percentage turned out to be 90%. I am positive that if I had given more attention to NCERT then my percentage could easily reach the 94-95% mark.
PS: Try to do everything in written as it helps you remember more.
