41 - 5 = 36 age of your father now.
assume you age be 9x and your brother age be x and you father be 12x.
Now, 12x = 36 therefore x= 36/12= 3 
So, your age = 9x= 9*3= 27
your brothers age= x= 3

           let my fathers age (in years) = x
               my mothers age (in years ) = y
   and my younger brothers age (in years ) = z
       according to question,
                        x:y:z =12:9:1
                        x /z = 12/1 .......................(Ist)
               After 5 Years,
                     my fathers age = x+5 =41
                                         or x=41 -5 =36
                       hence my fathers Present age = 36 years
     From Equation Ist ,
                       x/z =12 /1
                     or z= 36/12
                         or z = 3
Hence My Younger Brother is 3 years Old in 2004 , hence was born in 2001
