Dear Shreya,
I hope you are well. I wanted to tell you about my experience in the getaway ashram that I went to last week. After having taken some time away in an ashram amongst nature I have understood some deep-seated, core values we should implement in our lives for healthy living. And one of them is rising early in the morning.
During my stay in the ashram, I woke up at 5 a.m. everyday for some early morning meditation. It helped free my mind from the unnecessary tension and stress of the previous day. It helped me relax and feel more refreshed. After having woken up everyday at 5 a.m. in the morning I realised my health has significantly improved. I am no longer a patient of indigestion and I also started eating well. As you know, earlier I could not start my day without a cup of coffee but now, I no longer need caffeine to start my day. It has reflected in my sleeping patterns which have also significantly improved. I am able to get a lot of work done in the same duration after waking up early. Early rising has its own remarkable benefits in different people. I hope my email could encourage you to try it for your own self and reap the fruit of the benifits of rising early.
