MY OPINION IS THAT IF THEY R NOT BRINGING THEIR BOOK THE TEACHER SHOULD CHEK AND MADE THEM STAND OUT SIDE OF THE CLASS IF THEY R DOING THIS REGULARLY THEN THE TEACHER SHOULD TAKE THAT STUDENT TO THE PRINCIPAL AND PRINCIPAL SHOULD CALL THEIR PARENTS AND TELL THIS ALL AND MAKE THAT STUDENT SUSPEND 4 SOME NUMBER OF DAYS ...
