Nowadays, there are many skyscrapers in the Middle East that are built after the remarkable development in the region. The most famous urban city in the Middle East is Dubai, and two of the most iconic landmarks in the world can be found here-the Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa the two most popular skyscrapers in Dubai. They have some similarities but have more differences in their backdrops and construction. The Burj Al Arab was built in 1999, designed by Tom Wright and cost 650 million dollars. The building consists of 60 floors. Moreover, the dimension of the skyscraper was built to give a specific curved shape, so its area is 309, 473mts and its height is 1,053 feet. Burj Khalifa was built to be taller than Burj Al Arab and was built in 2010, designed by Adrian Smith and cost 1.5 billion dollars. There are 163 floors in the tower and the height of the structure is 2,717 feet. There is however no comparison between the two structures- one is a full-fledged tourist attraction accessible with an entrance ticket while the other is an extra luxury hotel. The Burj Khalifa is an incredible building while the Burj Al Arab is all about style and elegance verbal to non-verbal
