Yeah! nowadays teenager are being very careless and driving very roughly which should be surely stopped. The children under the age of 18 should be prohibited to drive in road.
As being a responsible citizens of India we should follow all the traffic rules and the children under 18 should be restricted to drive vehicles.
In an emergency case if it so very important then the child who is driving should wear a helmet and should have the control over the speed of the vehicle he/she is ridding.
First of all we should not give vehicles to the child under the age of 18 because they are not aware about the traffic rules and regulations.
Secondly we should advice them that diving in a road with maximum speed can lead you to accident.
Thirdly, now government has took a very correct and appropriate desicion that if a child is catched driving a vehicle under the age of 18 will be fined Rs 25000 and the vehicle will be seidged by the police .
Fourthly,if you don't have a liecence then your two wheeler or four wheeler which you are driving will be sidged.
So, the best way to prevent all the accident we should not provide the children under the age of 18 to drive a vehicle.
