(a) we can say they were willing workers because they were so determined and engaged to work for her sister's tuberculosis(TB) operation .they even work day and night which was observed by the tourist they even brand all their parents in which the tourist asked them to do . they didn't even care about their appearance and was so determined to work .they even don't want anyone to show sympathy on them and do some financial help .

(b) it was all because of the loona bimberton who was famous for her adventure who had been carried by a Nigerian pilot (11 miles)

miss packletide only emboss to show off and surprise Miss loona bimberton

she always wanted to outside her and make her to feel so small before her

these things made her so desirous of killing a tiger

a) we can say that nicola and jacopo were willing workers as they do many works i.e., selling wild strawberries, polishing shoes, selling newspaper and doing job of tourist guide.

b) her jealousy towards loona bimberton made her desirous to killing a tiger. She thought that shooting a tiger would be one such feat as she would get press coverage and publicity of the event.
