Answer:

The common difference of an A.P. is given by

 \rm \: a_{n+1} −a_n

 \rm \: ∴d=a_{n+1} −a_n

 \rm \: =3+2(n+1)−(3+2n)

 \rm \: =2n+2−2n

 \rm \: = 2

Hence, the common difference d=2
