Nthabiseng wants to buy an iPad that costs R120. The exchange rate is currently R1= R14. She estimates that the exchange rate will drop to R1= R9 in a month. How much will the iPad cost if she buys it now

The cost is :

14 × 120 = 1680

Currently, the exchange rate of the ipad in the market for every RS.1 he gives RS.14

Therefore,  iPad cost if she buys it now = 120 x 14 = Rs 1680

After, exchange she can get the ipad at the cost of RS 1680
