(3) 1 molL–1 H2SO4 solution has the highest concentration of H+ ions as it is a strong acid. Though HCl is also a strong acid, the concentration of H+ ions is not high as H2SO4 because HCl releases 1 H+ from one molecule of HCl whereas H2SO4 releases 2 H+ from one molecule.
