Let the cost price be Rs 100
Gain = 10%
Selling price = Rs 110
Discount = 20%

Mp = SP( \frac{100}{100-d})

Mp = 110( \frac{100}{100-20})
Mp = 110( \frac{100}{80})

MP = Rs137.50

Difference between MP and CP = Rs 37.50

Percentage = 37.5
