Answer:

Hii

Cell organelles which contain their own DNA and replicate independently of the nucleus are said to be semi-autonomous. Mitochondria have their own DNA which can replicate independently. ... The organelles possess their own ribosomes, called mitoribosomes

Answer:

hey mate...✌️

i hope you have learned about circular DNA of mitochondria.

This circular DNA is not fully capable of making all types of mitochondrial proteins and enzymes. However some of the necessary proteins of mitochondria, specially proteins of outer membrane, transcribed by cell nucleus and prepared in cytosole as well as in RER(rough endoplasmic reticulum) and then transported to the mitochondria.

So we can say, despite of fully autonomous, Mitochondria is a semi-autonomous cell organelle...

hope helpful..✌️

feel free to ask if you have any doubt...
