The number analogy will be 13 : 36 :: 15 : 56

Here, at the first part the sequence which is followed is

(13 × 3) - 3 = 39 - 3 = 36

So, the pattern to be followed is (x × y) - y

x = the number on which other mathematical formula will be applied

y = the number by which x will be multiplied at first

Now, if we place 1, 2, 3, 4 one by one at the place of y, only 4 will satisfy the options.

(15 × 1) - 1 = 15 -1 = 14

(15 ×  2) - 2 = 30 - 2 = 28

(15 × 3) - 3 = 45 - 3 =42

(15 × 4) - 4 = 60 - 4 = 56

So, the number analogy is (b) 56.
