Sum of two numbers x and 3/5 is 1/10.

→ x + 3/5 = 1/10

Two denominators have lcm of 10, so it should be 10.

→ x + 6/10 = 1/10

→ x = (1 - 6)/10

→ x = -5/10 = -1/2

The other rational number is -1/2.
