electronic configuration of magnesium =2,8,2

then, electronic configuration of Mg2+

=2,8

so total no. of electrons=10

parthivi100: its is not magnesium It has formula Mg its manganese Mn
AnjalySuresh: Oh yeah...I'm sorry
parthivi100: it's ok made the correction
AnjalySuresh: But I asked for no of electrons with m=0
parthivi100: sorry I don't understood
AnjalySuresh: It's ok
