To find the mean number of children per family , we will calculate total number of children first and then divide it by total no. of families as
Total no. of children, having 0 in each family
= 0*11 = 0
Similarly,
1*25 = 25
2*32 = 64
3*10 = 30
4*5 = 20
and, 5*1 = 5
Now, Sum total = 0+25+64+30+20+5 = 144.
And, total no. of families = 11+25+32+10+5+1
= 84.
Thus, Mean = 144/84 = 12/7 .

Hope this will help you.
