in 100gm of haemoglobin 0.33 percent is fe
so 0.33×100/100= 0.33g
now 1 mole of iron =55.8g
no.of fe in 55.8g is 6.022×10^23
no. of fe in 1g =( 6.022×10^23)/58.5
now, no. of fe in 0.33g is
(6.022×10^23)×0.33/58.5
=6.022×10^23×5.64×10^-3
=33.96 ×10^20
= 3.39×10^21
~3.4 ×10^21 (approx )
