i am getting 1st option as answer...

in 100 g of haemoglobin there is 0.33 g of Fe

in 56 g of Fe there is 6.022* 10^23

in 0.33 g of Fe there will be 6.022* 10^23 *0.33/56 atoms = 0.035*10^23 atoms
