1000 ml 0.1 N solution of KMnO4 = (158/5)/10 g of KMnO4 ie 3.16 g KMnO4 in 1 litre of water. This is for the reaction of KMnO4 in acidic .medium(dil H2SO4). you can prepare 0.1 N KMnO4 in one litre by adding 17.2 g KMnO4 in it.
