in methane (CH4) the no .of loan pair is zero

Methane, CH. Hydrogen atoms can each form one covalent bond, while carbon atoms can each form four covalent bonds. Four pairs of electrons are shared in a methane molecule (CH4).And no lone pair is present because carbon has tetra valency.And all hydrogen atoms are attached to the valence shell of carbon.
