Answer:as it is given in question  we need to assume mass of oxygen is 19 and mass of hydrogen is 1

so the molar mass of h2o will be 21 ( 2 + 19 )

so in 1 mole = 21 grams =  6.022 × 10²³

so for  x moles = 36 grams = y molecules

∴ 36/21 =  6.022 × 10²³/y

∴ y =  6.022 × 10²³ ÷ 21/36

y =  6.022 × 10²³  ÷ 0.5833

y = 103.24  × 10²³ approx

see i have solved the question by assuming what the given info is , if it is not given then take the molar mass of h2o as 18 and then solve it in same way

Answer: step 1 : before we start 1 should not that molar mass of H2O is

18.01 gmol = 12.044*10^23
