According to the question,

 log_{2}(4 - x)   > 1 \\ 4 - x >  {2}^{1}  \\

ln above step I have converted logarithmic form to exponential form i.e.

if \:  \:  log_{y}(x)  = n \\ then \\ x =  {y}^{n}

As,

4 - x > 2 \\  \implies x < 2

As we have to calculate the positive integral values of x.

So,

From above situation only one positive integral value can satisfy above situations which is equals to 1.

As,

Only 1 is the positive integer which is less than 2.
