  • In first row

      7 + 3 = 10 /2= 5

  • In second row

      30+10 = 40 /2 = 20

  • Like wise in third row

        ? + 45 = must be double of 95.

So ,   95 x 2 = 190 - 45 = 145

If it helped u.

Ok first :

Lets add the digits in the extreme right and the middle

First one:

3+7=10

Divide by 2:

10/2=5

This gives the numbers in the extreme left

Second:

10+30=40

Divide by 2

40/2

=20

Let that number be x.

x+45=2*95

==> x+45=190

==> x=190-45

==> x=145

But there is no option given

Guess my method is wrong
