12 Na+

explanation-:NaCl, Cl- ions have FCC structure, with Na+ ions in the octahedral voids. Now, octahedral voids occur at edge centre and body centre.Consider the Na+ ion sitting at the body centre(tetrahedral void). the Nearest neighbour would be the face centres(Cl-ions). these would be 6 in number. Now comes the next nearest neighbours. These are other Na+ ions sitting at edge centres. These would be 12 in number(12 edges surrounding a body centre). So the the next nearest neighbours of Na+ would be 12 more Na+ ions at a distance of a/2.
