Here, you can observe that it has 3 bond pairs and one lone pair, responsible for negative charge. Every bond pair shares two electrons between the bonding atoms and lone pair consists of two unshared electrons. So totally we have 6 shared electrons and 2 unshared electrons around the carbanion. Thus it has sp3 hybridization and pyramidal geometry.
