let,one's digit no be x

and ten's digit no be y

so number is 10x+y

case 1

10x+y=4(x+y)

10x+y=4x+4y

6x-3y=0

2x-y=0

y=2x. eq(1)

case 2

10x+y=2(xy)

substitude y=2x

10x+2x=2x(2)

12x=2x(2)

12x/2x=2

6x=2

x=3

if x=3 so y=

2x=y

2×3=y

y=6

so no is

10x+y

10×3+6
