For first km =S1=1km
boy goes at the uniform speed
a=0,u=3km/hr
at first we will find time
s=ut+1/2at×r
1=3t+0(by transposing)
t=1/3hr
changing hr into min.
t=1/3×60=20min.
then remaining time =30-20=10min.
for remaining dist.(for finding initial velocity)
dist.=S2=1km
s=ut+1/2at×t
1=u×10/60+0
1=u/6
u=6km/hr
