Answer:

Numerator = 6  and Denominator = 10

Step-by-step explanation:

if Numerator = x and Denominator = y

\frac{x}{y} = \frac{3}{5}  \\\\5x=3y\\\\\frac{3y}{5} = x \\  ⇒ 1

we have second equation that

\frac{x-4}{y} = \frac{1}{5}  \\\\x-4 = \frac{y}{5} \\\\x = \frac{y}{5} + 4             ⇒ 2

from equation 1 and 2 we get

\frac{3y}{5} = \frac{y}{5} + 4  \\\\\frac{3y}{5} = \frac{y+20}{5} \\\\5*\frac{3y}{5}  =  y+20\\\\3y = y + 20 \\\\3y-y = 20\\\\2y=20\\\\y= \frac{20}2} \\\\y = 10 \\

from equation 1

\frac{3y}{5} = x \\

putting  the value of y

\frac{3*10}{5} = x \\\\\frac{30}{5}  = x\\\\6 = x

Numerator = 6   and Denominator = 10
