Answer:

  • Current = 0.5 Ampere
  • Number of electrons = 3.75 × ²¹

Explanation:

Given:-

  • Charge ,Q = 600 C
  • Time taken ,t = 20 min = 20×60 = 1200 s

To Find:-

  • Current ,I
  • Number of electrons ,n

Solution:-

As we have to calculate the current flow through the circuit.

Current is defined as the rate of flow of charges per unit time.

I = Q/t

Substitute the value we get

→ I = 600/1200

→ I = 1/2

→ I = 0.5 A

  • Hence, the current flow through the circuit is 0.5 Ampere.

Now ,we have to calculate the number of electrons .

As we know that the charge of electrons is 1.6 × 10⁻¹⁹ c

using Formula

  • Q = ne

substitute the value we get

→ 600 = n × 1.6 × 10⁻¹⁹

→ n = 600/1.6×10⁻¹⁹

→ n = 600 × 10¹⁹/1.6

→ n = 6×10²¹/1.6

→ n = 3.75 × 10²¹ electron.

  • Hence, the number of electrons is 3.75 × 10²¹ .

Answer:

Given :-

  • Charge = 600 C
  • Time = 20 min = 60 × 20 = 1200 sec

To Find :-

  • Current
  • Number of electrons

Solution :-

As we know that

 \huge \bf \: I =  \frac{Q}T

  • I is the Current
  • Q is the Charge
  • T is the Time

I = 600/1200

I = 1/2

I = 0.5 Ampere

Q = ne

600 = n × 1.6× 10 {}^{ - 19}

n = 600/1.6 × 10  {}^{-19}

n = 3.75 × 10²¹

Total Electron = 3.75 × 10²¹
