(3x)^16[1+(-5y/3x)]^16

= (n+1) |x|/(1+|x|)

|x| = -5y/3x, n = 16

numerically greatest term

= (16+1) |-5y/3x|/1 +|-5y/3x|

= 17|-5(1/5)/3(1/3)|/(1+|-5(1/5)/3(1/3)|

= 17|-1|/1+|-1|

= 17 /1+1

= 17/2
