mass of the solid = 200g

volume of the solid= 300cm^3

Therefore, density = mass / volume

Density of the given solid = (200/300) g/cm^3

= 0.66 g/cm^3

Since, the density of water is 1g/cm^3 which is more than the density of the given solid i.e. 0.66 g/cm^3 . Therefore, the given solid will float on water
