i)5°F to the Celsius and Kelvin Scale.
ii)40°C to the Fahrenheit and Kelvin Scale.

so

  • 5f in Celsius is -15°C and in Kelvin it is 258k
  • 104°f and 313k
  • In Celsius it is 100°C and in Fahrenheit it is 212 is Fahrenheit
