May be connected to interruption of the blood flow- occlusive disorder & hemorrhaging.

Symptoms of decreased cerebral tissue perfusion:

Mood swings

Weakness in arms and or legs

Restlessness

Partial Paralysis (  usually on one side of the body )

Abnormal Breathing

Irregular blood pressure

Decreased cerebral tissue perfusion is described as adequacy of blood flow through the cerebral vasculature to maintain brain function.

It could be caused due to plaque buildup in the arteries and the blood vessels.
