amoeba ingests the food by phagocytes  then the area around food turns into food vacuole and is acted by enzymes for digestion and then the absorption takes place in cytoplasm and then transferred to other organelles . then the area around the digested food turns into contractile vacoule and the waste is egested by burst in the membrane of cytoplasm .
