The difference between the situation of occurance of nutrition in autotrophs with and without light is the following; 

(i) The nutrition created by solar energy is in form of complex organic compounds are known as photoautotrophs.

(ii) The nutrition created without energy uses chemical energy 
to convert simple organic materials to complex organic energy i.e chemoautotrophs.

The plants which make their food by absorbing the sunlight and converting carbon dioxide into its food are known as photoautotrophs.  

The plants which make their food by using the chemical energy to convert organic material into their food are known as chemoaututrophs.

Both are autotrophs but main difference between is that phototrophs contains a pigment known as chlorophyll which is an essential part in making their food.

Explanation:

Autotrophs are the plants that can produce their own food by converting complex organic material into simple compounds by using either sunlight or chemical energy.
