Nutrition is essential for carrying out various life processes. Organisms which can synthesize their own food are called autotrophs while some are parasites, saprophytes etc.
a) What harm is done to us by certain micro-organisms through damage to our digestive system?
b) What steps you may suggest to avoid such problems?

Its parasitic nutrition... they receive their food from the host i.e . inside any other's body .By this they affect us by several disases like ascaries , dirreahoa and abdomal cramps ..

A) The parasites can cause various types of infection in the digestive track of the human being. The parasitic infection includes parasitic diseases such as amebiasis, piworm, ehinococcus, coccidiosis etc. These infections can lead to vomiting, stomachache, diarrhea, etc.

B) Following steps must be provided for such problems, avoid eating outside food, try to take home made food.

  • Avoid eating canned food.
  • Avoid taking raw meats, vegetables and fruits because it can cause infection to the digestive track of the body.
  • If an individual is suffering from infection, medicines such antibiotics can be used to control the infection.
