because in nylons fibers there is not sufficient holes to contact of our body with air and these cannot absorb sweat

The answer is very easy. Nylon clothes do not absorb sweat. But cotton clothes absorb more sweat during summers. Hence, Nylon clothes are not preferred during summer.
