Let the units place be x
Tens place will be x+3
10(x+3)+x+10x+x+3 = 143
10x+30+x+10x+x+3=143
On substituting we get
22x=143-33
22x=110 x=5
Units place is 5
Tens place is x+3= 5+3 =8
